Brunhildr has the ability to summon a beast to assist her as well. Fafnir, the legendary dragon slayed by her beloved Siegfried. Freed from the torment of Nieflheim, he agreed to protect her whenever she is in need. He possesses class 80 strength, endurance and durability and can fly at multiple times beyond the speed of sound, giving her easy transportation since losing her wings. He also has a devastating fire burst that can turn a skyscraper to sludge and is roughly the size of a Bowing 737 airplane.
Once again, concerned over characters who can summon entire teams of distinct other characters into the battlefield. Each of these guys, especially Fafnir, should really be their own entries. Unless the Einjerhar are like Pokemon and will not act at all without her explicit orders and will effectively be out of the fight the moment Brun herself falls, and Fafnir functions like a Final Fantasy-style, show-up-to-do-a-power-blast-then-disappear spell.

As well, the sheer number and level of her powers even without summoning pushes her to the limit already, so I'm hesitant not keen to allow her to summon a small army of legendary heroes and a super-dragon on top of all that.

    Dion Nease (aka Dionysus)
    Cost:1

    Powers and Abilities:
Average human level durability, speed and endurance
    Shapeshift into a leopard
The unusual ability to turn water into wine (not very impressive unless you consider the human body is mostly water, i.e. instant inebriation)
Psychosis wave (able to make average humans lose their minds and go loco)
*special note* He generally has to see the person or know they are there for his powers to work.

    Equipment:
Nothing special - well worn fedora, duster, jeans and a tee-shirt

    Personality:
A lush by nature, Dion is always looking for a good time, and usually finds it. However, he has the annoying habit of inviting others to join in his party, making many around him forget their initial intentions. He once stopped a gang war by inciting a week long bender that...ultimately burned down the city block and cost the taxpayers millions in repairs. But hey, everyone had fun.

    Backstory:
When the pantheon of Olympus' influence began to wain, Zeus had the perfect solution, sacrifice their godly powers to become immortal humans. Though, in typical Zeus douchery, he simply stole the powers of the other gods so he could live one. Anyway, after centuries of living as humans, many of the gods have forgotten their true natures, and regardless of being reborn after their mortal deaths, they have lost sight of who they truly are. Dion Nease for example, does not understand how he can make wine appear wherever he wants, or how the party never seems to stop when he's around. He can also make people go insane, a great party trick when you want the host to start clucking like a chicken.

Okay, again, this character has a shitload of powers and equipment that really pushes the limit already (speed + combat precog, remember this is Cavil Superman, he's not really that fast on the speedster scale, I don't think), I'm not keen to also allow the ability to summon an army that can act independently. This is also really vague in that it doesn't tell us what the battle servants can do. If they're ghosts, I assume intangibility, meaning every servant is already a Tier 3 fighter by default.

No prob, I'll take those out

On that note, you know my characters well, so is Quest acceptable?

They have to obey his commands and only last one to three moves and their hp is like a Mario character ( one hit and gone.)
So no army spamming, too much wasted time. Was thinking more of the lines of Keatos spell from Hod of War 1. Just the ghost projectiles vanish after first hit.

    That would be fine.

Hrmmm... Speed is really the issue here. Quest's speed feats probably put her in Super Cavil's range (from the clips I've seen, anyway), and while I guess Super Cavil hasn't necessarily demonstrated a weakness against magic, I'm gunna assume he's still vulnerable to it. So, I can see Quest probably taking him more than 50/50, given her "time to get serious" speed combined with her teleports and her magic attacks.

Alright, if it's basically just a magic shotgun blast, that will be acceptable.

Sigmund: Captain of the Garm Corps
    Universe: Titan Force

Story: The only captain of all the corps to not have “powers” from augmention surgery. Instead just boosted to simple meta human status ( MCU cap).

The only two things that stand out are his senses are more tuned like a animal and his fighting skill his insane, as he can body read and pressure strike. ( not make people explode like Kenshiro. But still hard hits.)

    Powers: None

Personality: A calm and cold blooded killer. Who got disgrace in leading the Garm as the Aliens invaded his mind (weak vs psionics) and they ordered him to kill his rookies. Stained in human and Titan blood. He must now fight until he drops.

    Gear:

A Shield like Captain America, but breakable. Two telescoping daggers/retwctable daggers, also two high grade pistols with explosive rounds, and a sword of crystals so sharp as a hell but not inbreakable.

Yeah basically. I only got “one” character who makes lasting summon stuff and his stats are punier than a. Irma human guy. Was planning on bringing out Kenpachi.

    PERPETUA

    Cost: 3

Appearance: A tall, pale humanoid woman, usually wearing a lab-coat and casual wear. Has long green hair.

    Powers and Abilities:
Perpetuating Motion - Has the ability to "perpetuate" any kind of motion at it's present direction and speed. This enables a variety of tricks, including:
-She can make a bullet keep going straight for hundreds of miles.
-Cause physical fighters to throw themselves around helplessly when throw punches, or even severely injure/kill themselves by perpetuating their limbs to keep moving in opposite directions.
-She can cause a heart or lungs to keep expanding or contracting to destroy the organ,or cause blood to keep flowing in one direction to pool and burst through the skin.
-She can wreck machines by causing some of their moving parts to keep moving one way, when they are supposed to move another (such as pistons).
-She can also use it for extended travel with minimal fuel consumption.
-She's ground down speedsters to dust by making them continue to move forward and downward at top speed, or splattered them by making them slam into walls.
Motion Prediction - A type of pre-cog in which she can foresee the movements a person or object is going to make.
Enhanced Physicality - She is three times stronger, faster, and tougher than a human male.
Superhuman Intellect - Her mind is many times more advanced than a humans, able to process multiple trains of thought with quantum computer speed, while focusing on the physical task at hand without distraction. She has greatly enhanced intuition, deduction, and multi-tasking/information tracking and processing skill.
Quantum Computing - The computer systems of most other species, even with different types of hardware, are paltry for her to crack and manipulate.
High Psionic Resistance - Her mind operates so quickly, with such advanced processing, that most telepaths find it too difficult to attack her mentally, and can't keep up with her thought processes enough to read her mind. She can allow a comprehensible mind link with one of her attention tracks if she wants, but this won't give enemy psychics a back door to the rest of her mind.

Backstory: One of my more frequently re-used CCT characters. Quistegra Qzln is an Urrik-Zln, a genetically engineered race of super geniuses. Her specialization is data-systems and quantum science. She once achieved a form of Enlightenment when she discovered the secret to perpetual motion, which gave her an innate understanding and control of motion.

Personality: She is your rather typical Vulcan-like personality, although she demonstrates a dry wit. She will kill when necessary.

    ITEM: The Sacred Bow

    Description:
Ideally, it looks like the Glass Bow from Skyrim, except no drawstring. Placing one's fingers where the string would be causes a mystical string and arrow to appear

    Cost: 4

    Features:
Forged from a branch of Yggdrasil (the World Tree), this bow has no drawstring, but utilizes the spiritual energy of the wielder to make energy arrows that have a variety of impact effects.
Healing (If used on allies, if that is the intended purpose)
    Stunning
    High explosive
    Paralysis
Senses deprivation (blindness, deafness, loss of feeling, etc)
    Elemental attacks

    Requirements For Use:
Must contain high concentration of spiritual and/or mystical powers. Works primarily when in the hands of a fae race: elves, gnomes, pixies, fairies, etc. The bow will shift in size to compensate the physique of the wielder.

    SUPPLE MAN

    Cost: 2

Appearance: Appears as a shoddily drawn living doodle of a superhero.

    Powers and Abilities:
Super Suppleness - Body has a cartoon-like level of stretch-and-squash flexibility, giving him a nearly liquid level of agility, dexterity, and flexibility.
Elasticity - He can stretch, expand, or compact his form like Mr. Fantastic or Luffy.
Bouncy - He can bounce off surfaces like Speedball.
Undoomable - He is utterly immune to any sort of "fear based" attacks, possession, hypnosis, or mind control.
Damage Resistance - He is effectively immune to lasting physical harm in that he can bounce, bend around, squash-and-reform from any sort of physical or force-based attack, although this won't prevent him from being knocked around or even dazed by an especially strong blow. He basically can't be cut or crushed, though he can be pulled and compacted like taffy. He is resistant to electricity, resistant to magic, resistant to psychic force.
Power Strikes - He doesn't really have super strength as such, but he can shift his mass (about 200 pounds) into his limbs when he punches, creating a giant fist at the moment of impact, and striking with the full potential strength of a human without worry of harming himself. In this way he has an almost Battletoads style of basic combat ability.
Vulnerabilities - He can be frozen or burned as easily as a normal person, and for some reason, he gets disoriented by strong magnetic fields. He is also vulnerable to "dispelling magic" and other techniques which are used to cancel out magical or spiritual powers. This will disintegrate him for several days before he reforms.

Backstory: The Undoomable Suppleman is a child's drawing brought to life by a magic spell, although the exact circumstances of his creation are unknown. As he dedicates himself to fighting crime, as is his core concept, he also seeks his creator and the reasoning for his incarnation.

Personality: Suppleman has a rather basic superhero persona, talking as if reading the script from a show like the Superfriends or Mighty Mouse, sometimes to the point of Tick-like parody. Although he is beginning to achieve a broader personality as he gains new experiences, he is still pretty one note in his approach. He refuses to kill under any circumstances, but won't hesitate to beat up bad guys, or people attacking him.

    Entry 3:

    Name: Davey Kidd

    Universe: Wild Space

Powers: Due to biological tampering, has a good healing factor, aside that has a monkey tail and a flexible strong body.

Personality: A ad entering womanizer who treats life with no care or responsibility. But deeply scarred for what happened in his life, hides it though it still eats at him.

Story: A Alien, who’s race look like humans but with monkey tails. Anyway the grandson of a Queen who rules a big celestial kingdom, who changed his name so she will not suffer his shengians. Though they keep touch. His parents were killed by locals who rose up against nobility, despite them being nice to the lower cast. Davey escapes, used a super state of the art ship and has never looked back. Though visits his grandma on occasion.

    Items:
Has a flight in on finger, allowing him to fly Super Man style, he also dual wields a set of gyro jet pistols, and has a Predator style plasma caster on left arm.

Has a reactive suit that turns on for fights, that soaks up damage and allows him to survive in hostile environments.
