Summary: Reeva Payge (Grace Byers) purges the Inner Circle of those who disagree with her, leaving her completely in charge. Then, fast-forward six months, when the Mutant Underground saves a girl, but not her family, from a Sentinel raid. Against the group's wishes, Eclipse and Caitlin meet with a criminal hacker to get info on the Inner Circle. Meanwhile, Polaris prepares for the birth of her baby, her contractions magnetizing anything metal and wreaking havoc. She also makes Andy promise to save the baby, no matter what, in the all-new "eMergence" Season Two premiere episode of THE GIFTED airing Tuesday, Sept. 25 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

I'm really glad this show exists. Anyone know of any good podcasts or recappers? Preferably with people who love and know the nuances of the X-Books and are able to pick up the Easter eggs the show drops?

Yeah, that wound left some scar tissue. Just watched eps 10 & 11 again earlier, and still found that they resonate pretty well. Gonna try to squeeze in at least #12, before the S2 premiere tonight.

What I'll be watching for:
1) How much focus Polaris gets
2) Can they successfully portray "both sides" as valid or will the show hamfistedly encourage viewers to identify only with one?
3) Will Sage get to do anything at all
4) What Reeva is like
5) What Cuckoos are like now
