The Guardian chargeup was a temporary powerup that went away.

As much as he sucks as a character, SPB still has the advantage in terms of variable powerset.

I also wouldn't really compare him durability wise to a pre crisis kryptonian as far as such as has hurt him. He should still carry this on strength, more or less, as far as what can remotely be viewed as reliable to the guy.

Unless the OP specifies otherwise, characters don't get temporary power ups by default.

How many discrete versions of him are there, anyways? I remember SBP, SBP with the solar energy armour, Guardian powered SBP, and Time Trapper SBP.

I don't remember any feats of the last one except for him being slightly less stupid than regular SBP and having a decent beard.

Agreed.

I would imagine Kallark overwhelming him with a flurry under normal conditions though.
