    Default RIP Gary Kurtz

Kurtz produced the first two films, and some credit him with curbing some of George's excesses (Kurtz himself disagreed with the direction the series went after ESB, although he left mainly to some financial issues).

He also produced Return to Oz, The Dark Crystal and American Grafitti, as well as smaller projects like Slipstream with Hamill.
