People are mad about pg-13 cut but not thinking about that this is ryan reynolds were talking about. Bet this won't just be the film with less curse words.

Bet Deadpool will have new lines getting angry at the pg-13 or trying not to cuss. They could have lots of fun with redubbing the film like a mst3k film! I could see them doing that. This could be a fun cut that they could really mess with if they wanted to. Deadpool could redub his lines and really break the 4th wall. Think about taking the whole movie and redubbing it with a new plot just to mess with you. I could see them doing that!

I'm constantly surprised at the number of people who will rewatch a superhero movie over and over again. Hell, there's one guy who's seen Infinity War 100 times at the theater.

It definitely won't make as much as the original Deadpool 2, but never underestimate the value of repeat business. Plus, it's such a low lift on the studio's part, too. For a mere fraction of what it costs to make a superhero movie, they've added another movie to the Holiday slate.

I dunno, if Reynolds himself wanted this and if it's an exercise in humor, then I'd say it's not so much of a dishonor as it is an exercise in creativity.

I think it's Disney trying to see if DP could work as a PG movie. My take is if they neuter DP it will be constantly compared to the R-Deadpool & what RR wants to do with MCU.

I would imagine the obvious answer is they can theoretically get more money by re-releasing it in theaters first, then releasing it on DVD later.
