I honestly didn't realize it wasn't Cabal at first, so there's some pretty good continuity in the art.

Was that during Chaos War? That was several years ago (not sure how long that would be in comics time), so after all this time, it's not hard to believe a character can revert. Plus, Esme now knows there's an afterlife, so killing off her sister isn't as big of a deal to her anymore if she knows her spirit will live on.

that was in new xmen,(i think) we still don't know how the Esmes and Sophie came back, or if there the true version or constructs made by there sisters. not to mention dying a slow and painful death in a broken body having just got a second chance at life can change a persons outlook. (also what if Sophie is secretly the evil one and the mastermind behind everything)

Interesting thought there, but can I say that Esme in Gabby's body disconcerts me greatly? (The pink sunglasses are a nice touch, though; inspired by Laura in the movie Logan, maybe?)
