@Diammandis
Damn, y'all, this looks GREAT! Can't wait!!
As soon as I read Emma needed help I guessed it was about her (apparently) not dead brother. This issue looks crazy good! But that white car tho.......kiiiiiiinda tacky
I notice they draw Emma with brown hair when she was younger, just as in her solo.
So again... how do her girls all have blonde hair when Emma isn't a natural blonde? Sublime didn't really do his research, did he?
I just try to ignore that continuity error. I once tried to tell myself that Emma's mutation affected her hair color, changing from blonde as a child, to brunette, then back to blonde. She's been shown in flashbacks being both blonde and brunette as a kid and teen so it works for me.
Agreed. I think I'm going to buy a physical copy of this issue too because of Emma. I'm really interested in Christian's story too because a friend of mine, sadly, went through something similar. He knew who he was since he was like 5, but his parents tried conversion therapy with him when he was a teen. It wasn't good to say the least.
Am I the only one who knows why Emma specifically searched for Bobby?
It's because her brother is gay and her father sent him to be converted to become straight. He turned to drugs because of his overdominating dad who broke up his relationship with his ex.
Yes, in the past, most people thought that gayness is a disease.
Bobby has these qualities that Emma wants:
1. Bobby is gay so he can relate to other gays
2. Bobby is good with people skills (as a therapist)
3. Bobby is immune to telepathic attacks by Emma's other sisters.
This preview is really great, funny and very unique. It's much better than the first issue.

probby not
Uh people still do. There's a buncha conversion camps in Florida believe me I know
1 kinda annoying if this is one of the reasons
2 He's an accountant ..not the kinda people known for their social skills
3 Emma's sisters have yet to display any telepathy...the only one who's shown any mutant powers Adrienne...is dead
Please read the preview pages in post #24
2. Emma said, you are good with people.
3. Emma said, you are less susceptible to telepathic attack when are you in iceform.
Maybe, her brother's mutant powers or the other sister is telepathic to be revealed in this issue, I could be wrong though. Someone else is definitely telepathic.

This suggests that Winston Frost is a live. He may have his own army of telepaths if he knows what Emma can do
Per the preview, Emma's father has recently removed her brother from institutionalization, which has aroused her concerns. He was placed there by the Frost patriarch after a suicide attempt, and subsequent manipulations by the man. All stemming from the trauma of that forced conversion therapy, during his youth.
