I second this. I rarely have any problems with these guys.

For a while now I've been trending to the point where I hardly buy anything from DC or Marvel anymore. I have one Marvel title remaining on my pull list. If they give me a valid reason to drop that one; then Marvel will just vanish in my rearview mirror like DC did.

The publishers that appeal to me now are the smaller ones such as Dark Horse, Image, Valiant, IDW, Titan, Aftershock, Abstract, etc. The work being produced by these smaller publishers just seems to give me more enjoyment for my money these days.
Pull List: The Black Hammer, Bitch Planet, Copperhead, Hellboy/BPRD, Monstress, Ms. Marvel, Southern Cross

As far as characters and actual content goes, I'm a total DC guy.

As for company policy, I'm more favorable to Image.

    DC and Image for me.

Honourable mention to Avatar. There's something that I really like about their attitude. The downside is a lot of their art is quite poor, and the name writers tend to not bring their A-game to Avatar.

DC for 45 years now and counting (that also includes, as in the case of Jim Kelly above, all of their acquisitions over the years), though Marvel is close at their heels.
