    Default CBR/CBZ v2, v3, v4, etc...

I am new to this community and so far, I love the content.

I have a substantial collection of digital comics, but I am confused on one specific point.

Some of my comics say that are v2, some say v3, v4, v6, etc. I assumed they were different versions, but they seem to be entirely different comics.

Can somebody please explain what I am missing?

V stands for "Volume". To pick a random example, Amazing Spider-Man, Volume 1, began in 1963. Volume 2 began in 1998. Volume 3 began a couple of months ago. So they look like different comics because they are.

Thank you, that was incredibly helpful. Now, I can re-sort my collection accordingly.
