This looks great!!!
I’m still confused at the decision to include (the immortal) Hulk on this team, though. He’s not exactly a “classic” Avenger in terms of having been on the team for any of the memorable eras, and it seems like working with the Avengers doesn’t fully line-up with his direction in his ongoing. At least Ewing is co-writing this.

Looks good. I honestly wouldn’t complain if weekly Avengers series’ became a regular thing. No Surrender was great and I have a feeling this will be too.

Avengers: Road Home #1 is a very pleasing start, and the stars are Paco Medina, Juan Vlasco, with a style that is somewhere between Jim Cheung and Kevin Nolan with the lightness of touch of Mark Bagley. With colourist Jesus Aburtov keeping it glowy and light, even when the circumstances are the darkest… and the Immortal Hulk and the fate of Olympus will see to that.
