AOM Relaunch - Title Selection & Draft

I have three questions if you don't mind answering them.

What should we do when we have used all of the antagonists we have chosen?

Reuse them!
No really, at some point down the line we will create ways to adjust rosters, add/drop, trade, etc. but that will be in the future a little ways. Still to be worked out so we can get it right. We are now installing the building blocks of our new universe and the titles within. Hopefully you will be able to get months worth of stories out of the characters available.
Also, you can work with other plotters to collaborate and share characters. So if another plotter has someone that you are interested in, you can run your idea by them and perhaps a little collaboration can help out both books.
Additionally, you can create original characters to fill some needs. Sometimes that works and interests other readers and sometimes it doesn’t as they do not recognize or understand the character the same way, at least from my experiences based on past AOM history.

What if we want to add new established characters to our supporting cast?

I am not sure I understand exactly. Give me an example/hypothetical.

Should we put original characters on our supporting cast list? For example, She-Hulk works as a lawyer, so I might want to create characters to populate the law firm she works at.

Original characters are welcomed and a good idea. They won’t count against your roster limits, you do not need to draft them, so create at will.
