If he understands English she could psycho-analyse him like she did in the SS deleted scenes. She could point out that he was obviously abused by his father and that he's trying to transfer his pain out onto others so he wont feel so alone in suffering, THEN she beats his head in!

Considering how, delinquent attitude aside, he's actually super wholesome and griping about how the monster attacks are pulling him away from his beloved little sister's recitals or his cat giving birth, I'm not sure that there's anything to really mindscrew him with, unless it's to make him feel guilty and buy her a new bat after she harmlessly shatters her's into splinters against his unprotected face.
