Well that's an odd matchup.

What is Rogue's default powerset these days? If she's in one of her only having "absorb other people's powers" phases as her baseline and lacking whatever extra stuff she'll often otherwise have (80s-90s era brickery, that time she had Sunfire's powers because reasons, that time she could cycle through the various powers she had ever absorbed, most recently she had Wonder Man's powers for a little while), she's going to have huge problems against a guy who can basically take her out from range. Yet with one of those other power sets, she could potentially stomp.

Curious fight.

I think last time I checked she is basic to absorbing life force/touch to gain powers.

Prior to that she no longer had to absorb people and could touch, but could access everyone she has touched for power blend. But lost that. Due to overload or something.
