Persona 5 and Nier: Automata would be an interesting one due to some similar broad themes between the two (mainly how young people (or androids/machines in Automata's case) being burdened with the expectations and societal pressure of their "elders" and then used and abused by those elders). How to get the two groups to meet would be an odd cookie to crack, but there's enough weird powers floating around in both series that it would be possible without being too much of a stretch.
