Now how do you regard Wonder Woman during the "Satellite Justice League" era? Remember, Ralph joined the League prior to Diana rejoining the team.
(Ralph was officially made a member in issue #105, while Wonder Woman's hiatus lasted from Justice League of America #69 until #128, a period of about seven years. The Satellite didn't show up in stories (according to Wikipedia) until issue #78.)

For me, Wonder Woman's iconic status trumps such considerations. Moreover, during the period I was buying and reading JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA, Wonder Woman was a full-time member, with her traditional powers and costume. I missed the entire "I-Ching" period, which was in force when I was born, but was already ancient history by the time I actually began reading comics.

I'll just say that my JL(A) has or had Green Arrow as a member. I'm tired of this GA's never been a member of the Justice League stuff that started in New 52 and has continued through Rebirth and beyond. For almost all of Vol. 1 of JLA he was in almost every issue. It's fine if he's not a current member but a continuity that never has him making the big League isn't credible to me. Same goes for Dinah.

At least Dinah is so slosely related to another group (BoP) that not ever having her as a member of the Justice League doesn't seem as big a deal.
