They couldn't even get at least one Cyclops actor to say anything?

    It’s the same marketing team.

Not that it really matters that much at this point.

Not surprised at all. I see the trailers all the time but ima Xmen fan and they do nothing for me. So not surprised by the lack of interest from the GP.

Logan was tracking at $55-60 million but opened at 88 million though.

Pre-sale ticket sales seem to be going well.

Logan had great word of mouth and was rated r. I mean I guess this movie could have good word of mouth a bounce back but I'm not expecting it. I mean it cant be awful otherwise Disney probaky would have just killed it. So I dont think its gonna be Origins bad but from the trailers I'm getting a apocalypse vibe. Which for me was incredibly forgetable. Which might be worse then being bad.

If it was awful Disney I doubt would be spending so much money on the Aquaman level marketing it has been getting in the past few days. So they have confidence in it.

That's what I just said I'm not expecting awful otherwise Disney woulda killed it. I'm expecting apocalypse level forgetable. Which in the grand scheme might be worse. A bad movie atleast leaves an impression. But forgetable would b perfect for Disney. They can reboot and XCU die hard cant blame Disney for any failure. Who knows maybe the trailers arent a good representation and its actually amazing. Ima see it in theaters no matter what. But I'm not seeing this opening week unless they drop a trailer that does something for me. Also havent heard anyone talking about this movie and the trailer has played before every movie I've seen in the past couple months. So dinseys trying

Disney will probably reboot no matter what, so quality aside I assume Disney will be fine so long as it at least makes some money (which it probably will, even if it's not Avengers level money).

I think more people might actually see it out of curiosity, since I believe it's the last of the Fox X-Men movies. Some, against common sense, might expect some sort of MCU tie-in teaser or something. I know some were hoping we'd get a teaser of the newly aquired Fox properties in the End Game ending credits. None of that is likely or even possible at this point... but I'm sure it won't stop people from at least hoping for something.

Seems like a must see to Sansa/Sophie fans and many female fans of Captain Marvel from what I’ve seen.

I’ve been seeing that a lot after the Far From Home trailer mentioned the multiverse.
