Their legacy remains. Superman 1978 is the most influential comic movie of all time. Batman Begins 2005 was the start of the The Dark Knight Trilogy, a trilogy that is daily referenced even more than ever since people are asking, where is their own deserved GG nominations?

They fall over them because they like to discus the trailers, the mid and post-credits scenes, and then the next one that's coming out. They go to the movies to laugh at the bad jokes because there's little to nothing in the actual presentation that counts for much in terms of story.

The Avengers Endgame trailer was all about the characters because Marvel Studios know people care about them after 10 years and 22 films. That's why people go to see MCU films the characters and to have a good time.

Agreed. I don't wanna see another thread locked due to petty and pointless MCU v XCU bickering.

This will be the last Fox-run X-Men movie, and then Disney'll get them and do whatever with them. Why not let this thread actually discuss this movie?

I Hope DP is a really good movie that fans enjoy and one that keeps Jean alive.

It will be interesting to see what the future X-Men movies, if any, will be like.

Thats because they haven't promoted it in over a year and right now Dark Phoenix isn't lighting the internet on fire with their promotion. Yes, it is coming out, but there is a reason the cancellation rumours and conspiracy theories have so much staying power. The good news is that the first 15 min of the film keeps being well recieved and people like the Feige news.

We'll see if next week brings a new trailer for Dark Phoenix.

I actually meant X-Men proper, but I take your meaning. I'm still not convinced NM isn't going to be dumped onto a streaming service in lieu of a theatrical release, but we'll see.

To be fair, Fox hasn't done a media blitz for DP because they keep pushing it back. With the internet's collective short-term memory, why go all-out on marketing for a film that doesn't come out for another 7 months?

That said, I hope we get a new trailer this week, and Fox starts shifting the promotion up a gear. I'm desperate for more info on this movie.
