Merging any of the Squadron Supreme with their DC counterparts is just cheating, given that the Squadron Supreme is the Justice League, or as close to them as copyright laws will allow Marvel to get. Doc Lantern, in particular, is just Green Lantern merged with (Marvel's imitation of) Green Lantern.

Anyway, the obvious:

Pre-Crisis: Billy Batson + Walter Lawson (Mar-vell) = Billy Lawson > Captain Marvel
Post-Crisis: Billy Batson + Carol Danvers = Billie Danvers > Captain Marvel

Basically, Kree Magic, guarded by the Supreme Wizard (think: Wizard of Oz), bestows someone with the collective abilities of six legendary figures in Kree lore, with the utterance of a single word: Hala-La! This allows the Champion of the Kree to tap into the energies from Eon of Eternity, a living planet and the home of the Supreme Wizard, which also serves a prison of the Kree's "The Seven Deadly Enemies". I can see "Black Ronan, the Accuser" as the "Black Adam" of this amalgamized universe.
