Captain Marvel + Captain Marvel. The Rock of Eternity is a product of alien mysticism that crashed on Earth centuries ago. When plucky 10-year-old orphan Linda Danvers stumbles across it, the ancient Kree wizard Mar-Vel tells her about six legendary Kree heroes whose initials coincidentally spell out the word “Shazam”. Shouting that word turns her into Captain Marvel, and grants her their powers.
