Joker + Spiderman= Joke Spinner Or The Smilin' Spider.( I see him in the Black and White costume, only with a Mask that exposes his ghastly white Jaw Line and Big red Lips. Bitten by a genetically altered or magic Clown Spider. Maybe while working in a lab as a prison trustee or a work release program.

Magneto + Aquaman= Sea Scourge Or Oceanetic.
Daredevil & Deathstroke= Devilstroke
Ray Palmer & Norman Osborn= The Goblin Atom or Atom Goblin or Atomic Goblin or Green Atom
Solomon Grundy and Doctor Strange= Solomon Strange
Hawkman + Vulture= Vulture Hawk
Moonstone & Hal Jordan= Lanternstone. Life long weasal but with a heart. Longs to use powers for personal gain but constantly finding himself encountering evil that he can't ignore, tolerate or avoid and is forced into playing hero
Ralph Dibney and The Abomination or The Abombination Man.- Who strikes me as a Hero actually sniffs out situations that are Abombinable then makes them right again

Invisible Woman and Lex Luthor= Alexis Storm..... Aka- Invisilex- Event that gave her powers didn't take her powers didn't take her hair but left it invisible. So Sue's power's with Lex's meglomania, crime and corporate connections and scientific genius.... and especially homicidal and dangerous when in Malice mode.


Ben Grimm + Penquin = Cobblestone

Brainiac & Reed Richards= Fantastiac. Together They form The Felonious Four

My final and biggest stumbling block when trying to do a new Amalgam Universe is...

Doom Patrol/X-Men/Teen Titans.

It's odd because Doom Patrol begets The Original X-Men. Original X-Men begets New X-men and then The New X-men begets The New Teen Titans, so where do the original Teen Titans fit?

I mean, you can easily do the original 5 Titans, plus the Original 5 X-men for something like:

Robin + Cyclops = Red-Eye/Sightwing
Donna Troy + Jean Grey = Donna Grey, Wonder Marvel, Troiaenix, Dark Star Phoenix
Flash III + Beast = Speed Freak
Arsenal/Speedy + Angel = Eros
Aqualad/Tempest + Ice Man = Arctic Lad

Or mix it up for something like: Troyclops, Kid Marvel/Flash-X, Sea Beast, Redbird/Angelwing, and Icicle.

But then where do the Doom Patrol fit? I mean you could do Fantastic Four + Doom Patrol, but FF is SO much larger a part of the Marvel Universe than Doom Patrol is to DC. Plus, what DP villain is possibly in the same class as Dr. Doom?

Also, the Chief and Professor X is pretty obvious if you do the original X-Men and Doom Patrol, but again, Chief doesn't seem anyway near large enough importance wise compared to Professor X, and the Chief has NOTHING to do with the New Teen Titans.

You could also do Doom Patrol + Alpha Flight, but then what? Beast Boy + Wolverine? Eh. Not a big of that one.

Doom Patrol + Agents of Atlas? Maybe, but then how does the Brain and the Brotherhood of Evil/BOE Mutants tie in?

Then add in the whole Summers/Grey family tree, and...see? I already have a headache.

Namorita and Old style Conner Kent from Back in The day= Both are fun loving clones so it seemed like a good fit. Atlantean scientist make a clone of one of their greatest fallen Heroines and mix in some Alien dna that they found.... as one does. I'm figuring Namora El for the name though I'm not excited about that. Super Splash makes me happy but that's awfully silly.

Nova and WonderGirl= Cassandra Ryder is chosen by a distant/ dying space civilization of enlightedned Amazon Types. They take a shine to Earth for whatever reason. Cassie passes some test and Gets Zapped by Super rays from space and thusly gifted with nova gear, powers and a special lasso. She becomes the last Nova Girl


Tim Drake and Vance Astrovik = Red Justice

Impulse & Speed Ball= Bart Baldwin- aka- Speedpulse

Courtney Whitmore & Dwayne Taylor= Courtney Taylor Aka Star Thrasher. I was Just going to call this team The New Young, Then Thought how cool the Acronym NYC would be If I changed that to The New Young Champions. To feel good about that I needed to add an ingredient from The Champions which brings us to The team leader/ den mother/ Batman of the team- Black Arrow= Black Widow & Arrowette


Firestar & Red Tornado= StormFire…. Teenage girl discovers that she is actually an amazing android with Tornadic and heat ray zapping powers. Or maybe some mystical interdimensional thing happens and they become merged . That way you could have two personalities sorting things out. Maybe she already had the mutant firestar powers has the encounter with the android.... Yeah.... Lets go with that.

I love these! Especially Super Splash. To me the worse name the better the Amalgam.
