The Guardians of the Galaxy? In their current incarnation, I'd blend them with the Omega Men. In their earlier versions, Is go with either LEGION (for the modern-day version) or the Legion of Superheroes (for their futuristic version).

Great minds think alike, I picked that same match up I went with Dr. Victor von Stone also known as Entropy; now I'm thinking maybe Emperor Entropy or Doctor Quietus.

Hmmm depends on which incarnation but maybe fuse them with Justice League Odyssey, maybe some extra cosmic characters to fill out the roster; I'd start with adding the League's cosmic Trinity - John Stewart, Hawkgirl, and Martian Manhunter.

Black Canary & The Harpy= If regular ass woopery doesn't work then she gets really mad. Sometimes the sonic scream isn't enough and that makes her really angry and you wouldn't like her when she's angry. She is Green Canary.

Marsant- Hank Pym and Jon'zz- Literally a little green man from mars, last of his kind. Natural height is oh a few maybe 6 inches inches tall. He's sort of Insectoid. I'm thinking like a grasshopper actually and thery'd be a lot of hopping Powers of course include Telepathy( with humans and ants) Shape shifting including invisibility. He can morph up to 12 ft tall witha degree of superstrength. But anxiety causes harmful psychsomatic reactions if he isn't at his normal height and appearance for more than half an hour at a time- Lets call him Pymjon.
