I wouldn't want to see it as part of her regular, permanent costume but I like seeing her pull a cape on when the moment calls for it. When she's about to speak to a large crowd, when she's on the road......there's lots of times a cloak or cape work in her favor, but it's not something I'd want to see her keep all the time, especially in a battle.
But then, I think Diana could use a little more variety in her visual and wouldn't be against seeing her pulling out different sets of armor and clothing depending on the situation and her mood.

A nay and a yay: for usual attire and battle, no. For special occasions, mostly ceremonial, yes.
I'm cool with it so long as it's not part of her tactical costume. I don't like the idea of her wearing it in battle but anywhere else I don't really mind.
THE SIGNAL (Duke Thomas) is DC's secret shonen protagonist so I made him a fandom wiki

"power does not corrupt, power always reveals."
I'm fine with seeing it once and a while. It definitely shouldn't be a regular feature though
I love cloaks and capes. However, in a fight they can be impractical. So I think she should only where one during special occasions such as addressing the United Nations.
But please don't ever take away or shorten Superman or Batman's capes. They look under dressed without them!
Parental care is way exhausting. Gained insight into what my parents went through when I was a baby. Not fun, but what ya gonna do? (Read comics, obviously.)
