Yeah, I think FotNS Kenshiro is despite the brutal nature of Hokuto Shinken a nice guy to a tee who learned the hard way that being merciful wasn’t going to last in the world he finds himself in. FotBS Kenshiro however kinda admits he's more like a lesser evil compare to the scum he and his gangster buds occasionally face off.

and he just seems like a cool guy to hang out with. i mean.......when he isn't in deathmatches and killing gangsters, he's at a bookstore, reading the books, memorizing them and then copying them word for word at home. all while dressed like a utter nerd.

Yeah. A skyscraper fell on him and he walked through the damn thing. At a time he was basically starving too ( but that stuff does not bother him.)

That Kenshiro brought down himself. By punching it. Then he cured a mute girl of being mute. He also learned how to fire what are basically ki beams and turn intangible while magically knowing every move his various dead rivals knew (that he didn't already learn after watching them do it once).

Kenshiro is basically kung fu murder Jesus.

AND, if you check out the gunfights, Yu Ling's body count is nothing to sniff at. Especially if you include the people who indirectly died on her orders.

AND she was also a guerrilla army leader IIRC at the time she lost her memories. So there's a lot more bodies we aren't seeing.

You know, this brings something up; we know that his brother, Ramon, took the name Ryuuken and became the next Successor after him. Okay.

But its never mentioned if Kasumi and Yu Ling had a child, or not.

So we might very well be missing an entire branch of Hokuto here.
