Yeah, If we're playing the age game Jubilee being roughly the same age as Pixie isn't much of a stretch. I can't remember how old Jubes was said to have been towards the end of Gen X, but she started off as only being Thirteen. And of course she was literally shown as being a highschool student in her solo series while the Academy X characters were as well. Admittedly Pixie was considered to be one of the younger students in the training squads, but that kind of went out the window with Uncanny.

It feels like Jubilee was aged up Post M-Day in her Wolverine Origins appearances, certainly to the point that age difference between Jubilee and Chamber is minimal.
