Jason; In a locked steel box next to Bane who is also in a steel box

Freddy Krueger; Shares a glass Cell with the Scarecrow

Hannibal Lecter and Jigsaw; In a cell next to The Joker and The Riddler

Leatherface and the Sawyers In a large glass box with Deacon Blackfire, Professor Pyg, and the Ventriliquist

The Creeper Sharing a glass box with Man-bat

The Miner(My Bloody Valentine) In solitary Confinement with the Ratcatcher, Firefly, and Calendar Man

Maniac Cop in a cell with Two-Face and Mr. Freeze

Victor Crowley(Hatchet) Chained to a wall next to Killer Croc(Sewers are infested with gremlins and critters)

Chucky, Tiffany, Toulon Puppets, Billy the Puppet(Saw), Dead Silence Puppets in a glass case next to Scarface and the Puppet King

Norman Bates, Ghostface’s (Billy & Loomis) in a cell with The Madhatter and The Penguin

The Devil's Rejects and the Hills have Eyes Mutants Have been hired by Harley Quinn, Black Mask, and Hugo Strange to break in and release the inmates into Gotham city.

Batman and Nightwing are out fighting Deathstroke and Deadshot on the other side of the country. Can the Inmates break out and take over Gotham, will Batman and Robin be able to stop them if they do? Who would make Alliances? Who would kill each other? What Happens to Arkham Aslyum? What Happens to Gotham?

Just out of curiosity witch miner is it Harry Warden Axel or Tom? Allso aren't the Dead silent and jigsaw puppets just inanimate objects?

IIRC Puppet King can animate the inanimate, as well as Chucky can inhabit multiple inanimate Hosts(Cult of Chucky)
