He's probably going to, eventually though, going by Shanks and Whitebeard splitting the clouds just by crossing blades while not actually serious with one another.

It just likely won't be nearly enough, considering just the fight with Boros completely broke out of One Piece's power curve.

Outside of blatant gag bits such as him being unable to swat an ordinary mosquito or getting scratched by a cat... Noone. Noone's even come close to defeating Saitama. Closest to do so was Boros, and even then both he and Saitama acknowledge that Saitama was holding back quite a bit in that fight and Boros never stood a chance.

Oh, and as Guy1 showed, he loses against King in fighting games. But King is basically the Saitama of video games.
