Matt Damon was the angel that torched cities in the Bible with holy fire.

Ben was a angel who did not do destructive stuff, though that win in Dogma was CIS and PIS. Loki (Damon) could take on Barbobee? ( Spelling?) Inna fight if he was not dumbed down.

    Off-screen, though.

I'm thinking Affleck's Batman/Daredevil combo has a slight quickdraw advantage over Damon's Bourne/Elysium/Great Wall fighter. But neither are mortal until you cut off their wings, which they have no reason to reveal. So it comes down to whether one could just blow the other to pieces. So ultimately, I give the Damon the edge, because he carries a kind of modified AK with explosive bullets that seems a lot more wieldy than hand-thrown bombs.

I take it Affleck doesn't get the George Reeve Superman feats in Hollywoodland?

Seriously though, Asgardian Jason Bourne probably has this.

I do like that it's a devil vs. angel, basically.

I would point out though that Affleck was an angel in the same movie as Damon, of course. But then I don't remember Affleck's feats (on or offscreen) were in that movie.

Honestly, I don't think that they can even hurt each other. While they are angels, and they have no reason not to be angels here, they can't die. They quite specifically have to transubstantiate back into humans by losing their wings to be able to die. They also seem to have to want to cut off their own wings or want them to be cut off: it doesn't seem to be something that can be done to them, though this isn't elaborated as such.

There is a no-limits falacy there of course, but in any case, as angels, they no-sell gunfire and such, and are strong enough to casually reach out and kill a human with a slight gesture. Bartleby (Affleck's angel, fixed the spelling for the poster above) kills Loki (Damon's angel, not Norse), but only while Affleck was still an angel, and Loki was no longer.

All of that said, even base asgardians are considerably tougher, faster and stronger than humans, plus Loki was the angel who carried out god's wrath in the old testament, whereas Bartleby was a watcher, sitting back and doing jack, so if either is going to take it, it's Damon over Affleck.

Don't forget that Damon would also be invisible for this fight.

Really? Been Affleck should be even more invisible. He's had more box office bombs.

    (I'll see myself out)

    *Throws popcorn*

It also occurs to me that invisibility is meaningless when your opponent is also Daredevil.
