Infinity Wars - Weapon Hex #1 (Fussions)

I'm following the comics of the new "Infinity Warps", and usually, I can recognize easily most of the characters combined. However, in this last issue, I had a few problem with some of the new characters. So, I would like any of you could help me to identify them. Let's see:

- Weapon Hex = X-23 + Scarlet Witch
- Speed Weasel = Honey Badger + Quicksilver
- Mephichthon = Mephisto + Chthon

Evolutionaries:
- Dr Sarah Kinney = Sarah Kinney + (???)
- Dr Herbert Wyndham = High Evolutionary + (???)
- Bavel = Bova Ayrshire + Hellcow (Bessie)
- Hellhound = Magik + Sabretooth
- Peter* = Altered version of Peter Porker, Spider-Ham* (???)

Covenant:
- Elsa Bladestone = Elsa Bloodstone + Blade
*Murderous Lion + (???)
*Jefferson Chambers + (???)
*Wyatt Crowley + (???)
(*) I suppose the other members of the Covenant were merged with allies of Blade like Hannibal King and Frank Drake, but I'm not sure.

Midnight Guns = Midnight Sons + (???)
- Agatha Darkness = Agatha Harkness + Cloak
- Dagger Li = Mister Negative (Martin Li) + Dagger
*Phantom Rider + (???)
*Banshee (Horse) + (???)
- Hellfire = Daimon Hellstrom + Punisher (???)

Sinisters of Salem = Sinister Six + Salem's Seven
Storm Sigil = (???)

So, can anybody help me, please?

That Herbert guy is probably crossed with Zander Rice, one of the scientists who spearheaded the project that created X-23. Not sure who Sarah is crossed with.

Peter is Peter Poker mixed with Jarvis?

Are we sure the other members of Elsa'Elsa's crew weren't the Howling Commandos?

The Banshee charscter could be...not sure...

One thing that surprised me about Laura's warp - they used MGH instead of linking her to Wolverine's warp Diamond Patch.

I was thinking that, but I think it's meant to look like the High Revolutionary. And Daken is Laura's brother in mainstream Marvel, so this would be so wrong.
