Urgh, this will involve figuring out speed brackets between latter era One Piece and Bleach.

If Gin can land the hit with his true Bankai mega poison thing then he should win. Donflamingo has way more options in terms of offensive power and is much physically stronger.

    Erm... advantage Donflamingo?

Would Doffy surviving the Gam Knife get him a chance to withstand the Poison

I'm not sure the poison'd be enough. Donny's took a loooot of punishment, including having his insides scrambled, and kept on trucking.

Not to mention his feats carry the caveat that the whole time he was fighting he was also maintaining the Bird Cage.

    No.

    It really wouldn't.

Doffy only survived after Law used the Gama Knife (basically a stabb that only targets the inside of your body) because he was conscious enough to use his strings to stitch himself together again.

A tiny sliver of Gin's bankai was enough to disintigrate a large portion of Aizen's torso. And this was after Aizen had fused with the Hogykou and could no sell Urahara, Isshin and Yoruichi's massive attacks. That's just a different level compared to Law's Gama Knife.

How good was Doflamingo's haki-precog again?

It wasn't really his thing IIRC. He was more focused on the armament and emperor colors.
