    Dick Grayson traits pg 5

In the Justice Lords universe ended up siding with Superman. Generally is shown siding with Superman over Bruce.

Actually an angry, sad person but doesn't want to be a burden on anyone.

    Loves food. All food.

Keeps finding out that his parents, although good people, got involved in bad situations.

If he'd never met Bruce he would have become a killer. Except in Flashpoint where Amazons murdered his parents, and everyone else, where he became Doctor Fate.

Thinks that the Brady Bunch is how mixed families are, and that he's Marsha.

If he were a Powerpuff Girl, he'd be Blossom.

Is sort of Francis from Malcolm in the Middle.

His becoming Batman in King's story the Gift is a bit weird, but if we assume King knows random facts about bats, it could be a brilliant reference to the fact that there are a few species of bats that have been observed hunting owls, notably the Spectral bat which is one of the most perfect and dangerous predators on the planet. But that's assuming a lot about King.

Randomly becomes Batman in Earth 2 instead of Helena despite having never been a cop or vigilante. It makes no sense in or out of universe. Eventually realizes he's her Robin and gives her the cowl.

    Damian Wayne traits pg 1

Full disclosure: my favorite. Only one who's books I've read multiple times and used to follow blogs for back when his fans and bought read comics. I tend to perceive other characters through how they treat him.

    Vat grown assassin

Is possibly the actual deadliest person in the world by sheer volume of kills in narrow time frame.

Once they realize who he is, League of Assassins members tend to be terrified of him, including the Seven Members of Death.

Doesn't kill anymore. Feels incredibly bad about his past and everyone he's killed or hurt.

Has a tendency to go on guilt trips, both metaphorical and literal.

Likes animals more than people. If he thought he could feral, would probably go feral and join a pack of stray dogs.

    Thinks being cloned is normal.

Thinks death is a daily part of life and having everyone close to you die is normal.

Thinks coming back from the dead or having body parts replaced is normal.

Thinks that kidnapping, assault and battery, and attempted murder are friendly normal gestures.

    Thinks being forgotten is normal.

Thinks having parents who don't talk to him for months is normal.

Thinks it's normal for parents to not consult or consider their children when making major relationship and lifestyle changes is normal.

Once realized that the happiest he's ever seen his father was when the man had completely forgotten he existed. Later accepted that he's incapable of making his father happy because Dick told him that only Selina makes Bruce happy.

Thought he was Ra's' favorite grandchild. Was very betrayed to find out he was a replacement body.

    Damian Wayne traits pg 2

Used to have an iPod he listened to and played with all the time. Got rid of it after finding out it was a device to enable either Ra's or Talia, it's not clear which, to spy on him and implant subliminal messages.

Always a little shocked and surprised when someone shows up to rescue him.

Used to have a room below Alfred's that he loved and had really personalized. Since Rebirth he has changed rooms multiple times and no longer appears to sleep in his bed. Probably due to the fact that Ra's has a tendency to stroll into the manor whenever he feels like it. Also has started wearing a lot of gold and green when he has a clear preference for red or black. That's probably because he has a creepy, possessive grandfather.

Has died. More than once. Actually has died several times. But only one death was shown live on television and social media.

Came back from the dead and his favorite person was dead. Was pretty sure that was his fault. Had nightmares about Dick being dragged to hell because of him. Was ecstatic that they weren't true and Dick was alive. Greatest fear is being responsible for Dick's, Bruce's, or Jon's deaths.

Will die for people he loves. Will die for people he likes. Will die if he thinks it's the right thing to do. Might be suicidal.

Has been kidnapped by planets. Isn't sure if that's normal.

Has regained consciousness naked in and being scrubbed down by a group of grandmas. Seemed to think that was a touch awkward but normal.

Didn't realize being abducted and waking up in different clothes wasn't normal until Harley Quinn told him it wasn't. Has begun to suspect that his definition of normal is skewed.

Gave Dick the talk about birth control.

People keep trying to adopt him. He's okay with that if they're his age or younger, otherwise he finds it upsetting.

Keeps getting in fights with himself. Wishes it was more metaphorical.

Has yet to meet his Bizarro self. Will probably get in a fight.

Loved his clones. Let them run feral on his primary childhood home and thought it was great. Was heartbroken over their deaths. Doesn't talk about it.

    Damian Wayne Traits pg 3

Loves animals. Animals love him back. Prefers animals to people. Sleeps best on an animal. Thinks his pets can read. Talks to them about everything. Has random bats of the small squeaky kind hang out with him and try to talk about his emotions.

Like any child soldier, does not cry easily. Once cried in front of Dick, Duke, and Jason. Based on their reactions suspects his crying is a terrible thing and might be why Brainiac's world got eaten.

Tried to talk to Bruce about his emotions. It did not go well. Has realized that talking about his emotions and past to humans is not a good thing. Avoids doing so.

Dick's an acrobat and talks about nets and partners to catch you. Damian is a climber and mountaineer. He knows that sometimes you have to cut the line in order to save the rest of the group and sacrifice the few. Likes Dick's approach more.

Actually social and enjoys being around people but has been rejected enough that he doesn't bother trying to be nice.

Would ask what it means when a girl claims your hands are magical bonded together and won't let go and also uses your hand as a Kleenex, but Damian isn't sure that's a good idea.

Gives the best presents. Presents that the recipient didn't realize they wanted or needed until they have them and now can't imagine life without said presents.

Has a reputation as a bad Batman, but people from the past and future kept sending their problems to him to deal with.

In one bad/now erased future, he and Kara had been friends for 120 years, and he's raised generations of Graysons. Other bad/neutral futures have him mentoring Terry and Matt and talking about them as much as Dick talks about him.

Knows Warren McGinnis. Has had a class with him. At some point will talk to Maps and find out that people have traveled back in time to kill Warren because of his son becoming Batman.

Starting to worry about the fact that he hasn't grown or started puberty yet. A valid fear, Batman Beyond showed that in 10 years he'll look 13, in 30 he'll look 20. Injustice showed him hitting puberty and having growth spurts starting at 16, as did Damian: Son of Batman, so the apparent functional immortality is probably the result of chaos shard/omega beam combo resurrection and/or the interrupting Den's soul absorption spell.

Will fight anything. Tends to fight everyone the first time he meets them.

    Damian Wayne traits pg 4

Mixed race: Canon confirmed white, Chinese, extinct Middle Eastern/Eurasian ethnicity, possibly Jewish, and whatever Melisande is. Arabic is solely fandom, has no canon support. Birth of the Demon is solid canon and has been referred to multiple times in current continuity by multiple writers, it established Ra's took his name from the language spoken by the local native tribes.

Island rat: Gotham is on an island, spent large parts of his childhood in London and Hong Kong, the rest of his childhood was split between three tropical islands located in the Atlantic, the Arabian Sea off of Pakistan, and the South Pacific. The last one appears to have been his primary home in his life.

Gravity is a theory he works with.

Multiple writers have shown that he's a better engineer than Bruce and has a post doc level understanding of various fields of physics and mathematics.

Alfred is the only one from his father's side of the family who remembers his birthday. Given that it's heavily implied by Tomasi and Morrison that he died on his eleventh birthday, that's understandable. Alfred the cat was his only birthday present that year.

Last good birthday was his third birthday. Close attention to the time line indicates his 12th birthday was either the fight with Suren or Den.

Seven Christmases have been depicted in canon since his introduction. Years are weird in DC.

Professor Pyg gave him his first lap dance and strip tease. Professor Pyg also appeared to be kind of bummed about his death when he was interviewed by Batwoman.

He's been chased down a dark street by a naked woman who wanted to make him a man and said age didn't matter. ...Considering how often he writes about this with various young male characters, someone needs to find out who hurt FabNic.

Jim Gordon has been shown giving him half hugs multiple times. Many people hug him. Is often so sad he just stands there. Doesn't get enough hugs, though Dick tries. Even the Joker has been shown giving him half hugs cause Damian's sad.

His first Halloween in Gotham he broke out of the Bat Bunker to go rescue a kidnapped little girl that apparently nobody noticed was missing.

Pays attention to runaways and unwanted children. Notices if they go missing regardless of if they are reported and hunts down their captors or killers on his own time.

I don't believe Damian is suicidal it's just the Al Ghul's conquered death a while back. Damian himself has personal of cheating death a few times.

All his life he's seen people return from the dead so he doesn't fear it or he believes it can be overcome. As he said "Death is a grey area".

I enjoyed reading these. All of them. The Dick Grayson ones cracked me up. As did Tim weaponizing cats. Tim Drake will throw cats and dogs

Damian Wayne traits (and facts) of 5

Any villain that gets a chance rubs his hair. People in general seem to want to play with his hair.

Tim needed hair gel for spiky hair. Damian needs hair gel to get it to lay flat.

His alternate counterparts, Tallant and Ibn, both go through long hair phased in their twenties. Most Damians go through a Mr Clean hairstyle phase in his twenties.

Li'l Gotham, in addition to taking his sugar and animal hoarding habits to their logical limits, established that there's a universe where he becomes the galactic ruler.

Can be defeated via guilt and shame. Disappointed and/or sad looks are his kryptonite. As is reminding him of his failures.

He likes driving buses and teaching. He's a much better bus driver than Harley Quinn.

He's a better archer than Merlyn. It has been shown multiple times that he's possibly the best archer in the DC universe and is completely accurate even while moving. Is generally so accurate in shooting and throwing that missing will cause him to pause and question reality.

On the rare occasions when he is depicted as the average person would perceive his fighting style he's a blur of color. Has been described as moving like only special effects can explain.

Very small. Does not clear Bruce's belly button. Someday very big. Bigger than Bruce.

Had to completely relearn how to fight when he became Robin as his entire style was designed around being lethal. Became the weakest fighter in the family for a while, by the time he died was back up to being near Bruce levels.

Is shown following clues and putting cases together. Notices crimes and conspiracies before anyone else. Keeps constant tabs on the League of Assassins, seems to have an affinity for finding and provoking immortal super villains.

Was raised to practice highly effective forms of cognitive behavioral therapy. It appears that over the course of Rebirth he's stopped and has started showing typical behaviors associated with PTSD and childhood depression.

Hurt children, animals, and/or Dick Grayson and he will destroy you.

Canonically fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish, Italian, German, French, and pain. Unconfirmed languages that there's evidence of include Russian, Urdu, Nepalese, another Chinese dialect, at least one Arabic dialects if not more, Farsi, Latin, dog, cat, cow, rat, and several species of bat.

Damian Wayne traits (and random facts) pg 6

    Expert horseman.

Expressive face and body language unless Cassandra Cain is around.

People behavior confuses him. As does human behavior.

The most weaponized member of the family. Has been mind controlled, body controlled, and turned into a literal gun and used to attack and destroy.

Has displayed a thousand yard stare. It sometimes shows up again. Also regularly freezes in horror and has small panic attacks depicted. Has flashbacks on a regular basis and nightmares. Occasionally throws up because of crime scenes to the relief everyone who's met him.

Fights vampires, even when he is a vampire.

Of all the possible Robins, Vampire!Damian was the one chosen by the monitor as one of the greatest, most incorruptible, heroic individuals to have ever lived. Still a sarcastic, cynical s.o.b.

Worships Dick so much that he has convinced Alfred that he and Dick have the same favorite flavor of ice cream. Actual canon favorite is butterscotch ripple.

Used to be a vegetarian to demonstrate his belief in the sanctity of life. Thanks to Bruce's actions in Rebirth, no longer believes in the sanctity of life and eats meat again.

Isn't sure if Dick's his mom or if he's his dad. Either way picks Dick over bio relatives.

Has stalkers. Isn't sure about how to deal with that as killing one of them was bad.

Introduced to arcades and video games by Dick. Will challenge humanoids to matches.

Dick, Jason, Tim, Duke, and Stephanie have all referred to him as weird.

Used to have the same eye color as Bruce. Writers keep trying to explain the change and/or bring back the blue in order appeal to the original, older fan base. Doesn't appear to be working.

May have more appearances in other media than every Robin but Dick, if not, is running close to Tim in appearances.

According to the Social Security name database, there are almost 54,000+ little boys named after him. He's the only DC character to make an obscure name spelling popular.

    Stephanie Brown traits pg 1

Full disclosure: I love her, but haven't read everything she's in as I found both Eternals and most of Tynion's writing painfully boring.

Was Robin because Bruce is a manipulative bastard and wanted to make Tim jealous. Was actually very good at it. Multiple people pointed that with similar training she'd be equal to or better than Tim.

Still waiting for her to fulfill her destiny and become Nightwing.

    Defender of purple.

Maintained a 3.+ GPA in college as a freshman despite taking upper level classes, working part time jobs, being a full time vigilante, and occasionally transfer to overseas universities on evil exchange programs.

Dad says he loves her but keeps trying to kill her.

Dad currently dead. Her dad has a history of getting better from being dead, might come back.

Mom had an opioid addiction and recovered to become good parent. Then DC decided it did not like hope and made her mom a villain.

Has an on again off again mentoring relationship with Catwoman.

Bruce is opposed to her being a hero because she's like pre-victim blaming Jason in personality.

She's nearly dislocated Bruce's jaw because of his behavior.

Proud member of Team Slaps Sense into Batman.

    Children love her. Even Damian.

Her bromance with Cassandra is...deep. Visited Cass when faking dead in visions and on the other side.

She's officially straight but...yeah. Yeah. Evidence supports she's Team Bi or Pan like the rest of the Robins. But she's very comfortable with her sexuality.

Before Duke signed up was the only sane member of the Batfamily. Now a part of Team Sanity depending on if being on Team Dead Robin disqualifies her from Team Sanity.

Your also forgetting that out of the four robins, Damian is the only one to have most if not all of his history intact.

Again, your either purposely with holding information to try to make your point more valid or you heard about this news without actually reading the article yourself. If you did then you would know that issue 1 of Super sons(2017) and SIDEWAYS(2018) were also added in the TEEN TITANS GIANT #1.

    Your telling me.
I, I called out people when they as an aside start randomly hating on or calling for a character to die when we simply discussing a book. This isn't the same. I'm responding to a post and addressing the points raised. Here stating that I'm not a fan was necessary for full disclosure.

2,Doesn't really matter how he beat Shiva the point is that he beat Shiva. Claiming that he is not physical as a way of saying look he isn't a sue or he isn't stacked means nothing when he can take down Shiva or Doomsday. His being weak doesn't stop him from winning or taking heavies down. Tim isn't weak because he can easily compensate by cheating and no one calls it a cheat.

3,What does Damian having his history intact have to do with anything? Damian didn't lose his history because he had no history to lose. He was brand new. Damian and Jason because they have significantly less publication history had little fat that could be trimmed.

4, Everybody on this thread IS mixing all the Tim's if we weren't then we wouldn't be talking about Tim being a detective and since we are talking
about the higher up's favour him then of course his entire history should come under scrutiny.

5, Dude don't even try to be that guy. The Walmart TT comic stupid of me to expect to see the current TT with the current Robin. I'm expecting the Batman Walmart special is about BatGordon with a reprint of an old Brave and the Bold story featuring Bruce. That makes sense.

6, Yet again I'm surprised at the interpretation and the things fans will grasp at just to get the narrative they prefer. Picking at a handful of pot that actually have nothing to do with the meat of the post.

Everyone assumes she faked her death but there's significant evidence to indicate she got dropped in the Lazarus Pits, including a few panels in Red Robin where her eyes go from blue to green.

    Hit Tim with a brick.

Spent a year in an unnamed African country. Came back and found that Tim was 16 still, instead of almost 19, acting like Bruce, Cassandra had had a stint of being OOC via talking and returning to be an assassin, and Bruce was still a manipulative bastard out to ruin her life. Shrugs it off.

Ships Damian/Nell because puppy love is adorable.

Helped Klarion get his cat a mate then kissed him. Both agreed it was weird.

    Tastes like Christmas.

Tim's dad and stepmom liked her best of all his girlfriends.

The one happy Tim future implied that his kids were hers.

Spoiler is actually the Robin to Tim's Robin.

    Nearly killed Zsasz.

Scares the Scarecrow. In all continuities.

    Has a fearsome left hook.

Part of the Blonde Trinity that we deserve but DC won't give us.

If she were a Powerpuff girl she'd be Bubbles regardless of whether she's Team Robin, Team Batgirl, or Team I Don't Need A Hand Me Down Identity.

Not quite a street kid or part of the foster care system, but just barely.

The two members of Tim's personal rogues gallery that weren't cheerfully forgotten both have the hots for her in any continuity.

Thinks that parents forgetting about their children is wrong. Confused as to why anyone thinks that's normal.

Abuse victim. Decided to fight back. Won.

Has stalkers. Isn't sure how she feels about it.

Has in universe fan clubs. People regularly thanked her for her service. People held candlelight vigils for her.

Probably wouldn't have survived long as Robin regardless of if Bruce treated her fairly. Too many Gotham villains have fetishes for blondes.

The Joker was heartbroken that she was fired as Robin and died before he could mess with her.

It's not quite addressed, but part of the reason the father of her child took off was because he was guilty of statutory rape and would have been charged for it. Or murdered.

Taste in boys is not good, better taste in girls.

Gets hit on constantly. Just like Dick, has used the powers of sexy to defeat people.

Despite having a teen pregnancy and spending a year overseas, graduated on time from high school and skipped ahead a few years in college academics. Not shown or mentioned why, probably had AP credits.

Oppose her and she will become the thorn that leads to ignominious defeat.

Underestimate her and she will bring your world crashing down around you. Not actually a good thing considering that the only people to regularly underestimate her are Bats and Robins. Everyone else figures out the first time that she's a force to reckon with.

Almost never shows her cleavage. The few times it has appeared it left foes and allies stuttering and distracted.

Damian used to call her Fatgirl. Until Supergirl shook it out of him and gave him lectures about body shaming and being mean.

Took on the Seven Men of Death twice and held her own.

    Fights meta level threats regularly.

    Forgives people.

Never met Ra's, but he refers to her as the girl apprentice. Considering how many blonde girl apprentices (and significant others) he's had shown in canon, it could mean he has a crush on her or would like to teach her. Or both.

Saves the world. No one notices. Shrugs and accepts that's normal.

Likes sleep. Would like more of it.

Likes food. Eats healthy in general but loves coffee, waffles, and mashed potatoes.

Keeps having to explain to people that it's not a child's job to earn a parents trust, love, attention, or respect, nor should a child ever be expected to take care of their parents or make sacrifices for their happiness. Understands the irony that the child of a drug addict and an abuser has to explain this.

Aside for a few scenes in Harper Row Eternal, has never met Jason Todd or hung out with him. DC hates happiness, hope, and BAMF survivors bonding.

Never enough of her. This is fact.

Much more interesting when not with Tim.

Played the piano until people tried molesting her. Then quit, kind of misses it. Was good at it.

Has not had a team up with Damian or Kara in current continuity because DC hates happiness.

Tiny Titans acknowledged that she was both Robin and Batgirl. The digital version of Li'l Gotham acknowledges her as Batgirl twice, the print versions were forced to color her hair black.

Thought Cass was a good teacher despite the evidence to the contrary. Cass thought that Steph was a bad student despite the evidence indicating she was not a good teacher.

Tried teaching Damian how to child. Had done better at that then anyone expected. Explained to him one cannot adult if one has never childed. May have actually phrased it like that off panel.

Better at adulting than Bruce or Tim. It helps that she thinks aging and growing up is normal. Not quite full adult yet, but tries.

After realizing her catch phrases were from her dad stopped using them.

Only person to beat the Black Mercy by herself and through her own will power.

Should be a Lantern. Is not. Probably because purple is not an option.

Thought Tim was weird. Thought Cassandra was weird. Agreed with Klarion that she was weird. Met Damian. Found her definition of weird was too conservative.

Can fight in formal wear. Still looks put together afterwards.

Fought one of Ra's' half sisters/Nocturna?/shadow ninja by herself and won with relative ease before becoming Batgirl.

Used to be dangerously impulsive. Got better.

Reminds Jim Gordon of Barbara. So much so that he's given dad glares to men who flirt with her.

No evil versions of Steph exists. All bad futures are ones where she's dead.

Full disclosure: I skipped most of the Dark Knight Series. So most of this is from Tomasi's Batman and Robin. Aside from her becoming Batman and being Bruce's daughter, I know nothing about the Master Race and am disinclined to rectify that.

One of Bruce's secret love children.

Has a slingshot. Is disconcertingly effective with it.

Described Damian as prickly and rough on the outside, a marshmallow on the inside. Also referred to Damian as the little brother she's always wanted and never had.

Was paying for college out of pocket by tutoring people and being an acting/theater coach. Now is the Wayne dog walker and pet sitter.

Oddly enough, she filled the plot hole of where Titus and Alfred Purryworth went when Bruce lost the manor and then his memory.

Was Catwoman after being Robin in The Dark Knight Universe. Was creepy when it happened and had large psychosexual over and undertones considering it was borderline established that Bruce had raped Dick and Jason.

Did not get better when it was revealed that she was his bio child. Much worse actually.

Snyder and Tomasi have provided three probable mothers, the most likely two are both princesses, eventual queens of criminal families and utterly ruthless. Bruce. He has a type.

Pretty. Gets hit on a lot. Doesn't like it.

    Extremely accurate hand eye coordination.

May have been one of the only people in Gotham who hadn't figured out that Damian Wayne was the Robin who died live on the morning news.

Might be the only person who actually insists on Damian checking in with her once a week.

First concrete example of Alfred's house rule of "If Titus likes you, you're part of the family. Bruce's opinion and wants don't matter. You're opinion doesn't matter. Titus and Damian liked you, you now belong here and can't quit."

Makes Alfred feel old, but in a good way.

    Fast learner.

College student, probably in grad school. Studying drama.

Very agile and athletic. Natural fighting instincts.

Damian knows she's his half sister, initiated contact. Apparently hasn't fought her. He's getting better.

    Cheerful and outgoing.

In both universes, the first time she met Bruce she was wearing the Robin suit with green panties.

Sarcastic as Wayne a should be.

Charming and witty. Capable of utter ruthlessness. Often underestimated.

    Deeply loyal.

Her favorite breed of dogs is Great Danes, just like Bruce and Damian.

Has yet to be fully incorporated into the main universe despite her introduction.

This is because DC hates happiness and doesn't want to let Damian have a healthy familial relationship.

    Becomes Batman.

Why no one ship her with Jason? Do they not realize she's in main current continuity and would be perfect for him?

Bruce hasn't figured out she's his child. Once again proving that Detective Chimp, Plastic Man, Martian Manhunter, and Damian are all better detectives than him. Probably all the Batkids are better detectives, including Carrie.

Did the Walmart TT get cancelled after 1 issue? I can only find the first issue online and there are no Wal marts in my state.
