Iron Maiden, because as with Abe it also doubles as a Pieta-trope cover if we ever do that theme.

Great going nx, of all the covers posted, that was the most fun.
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

Congratulations to nx01a for a decidedly colorful cover which explains the etymology of the term MILF in detail. The story going along with this I really want to read now especially due to the comic romance stories at the time.

As to what the captain has learned this week, he has seen a few more examples of motherhood in the comics world. It's a truly heroic action to be a mother and raise a child as both my wife and my mother have shown me. There's a reason the dead parent is considered a powerful part of a hero's history and I want to thank those of you reading this who may be mothers for the examples.you set for our yutes.
