Cellars. Whose idea was it to build a pit under my house filled with water and snakes?

No one answer. Needs to be judged on a "Case By Case" basis.

Both are irrationally creepy to me, and I can safely say I’ve avoided entering both except for one instance of going into a basement. I think I nearly had a panic attack.

    So...cellar?

Attics are more spooky and creepy but cellars are more practical for doing creepy things in.

I don't have an attic in my house, but I do have a cellar, and I NEVER go down there without a flashlight, even though it's fully lighted.

Attics don't bother me at all, but I don't #### with cellars.

    BOTH!!

When the spooky noises come from either, it is time to run and hide!

The cellar is where the bodies are buried.
