Nothing complicated about it. Just pointing out that these characters have shown up if you want to read about them at the moment.

Will Marvel do a specific Old Woman themed mini eventually? Who knows? I don't think they've deliberately avoided doing one or are especially reluctant to do so - just that they simply haven't yet. It's not like they've done a million of these things.
