Sinister is written so out of character here. But actually he has been out of character for as long as they started with the Sinister London bs.
I want the mysterious unpredictably and cruel Sinister back.
Now talks to much and is lame.

Oh I am certain that people will be thrilled to see the return of Judah.

Old comics? Since Marvel comics exist in-universe, I wonder if he was going to pull out issues from the original Champions? There was a two-parter about them in the previous run after all.

I was trying to do too much and not doing any of it as well as I could. But I've had a change of mind... though not everyone shall enjoy it. I will.

Judah and Bobby definitely arent my otp but thankfully Grace is anti-otp anyway. So I’ll sit back and enjoy the hairy chest.
Btw Grace reaaally gets Bobby.
The plot twist was predictable but damn, the part about talking a lot to distract people of how lonely he was really hits home.
I was disappointed it was Judah with him on the beach, but I gotta admit the hairy chest almost makes up for it. Still think civilian love interests are boring and a bad idea though.

Yup called it being a decoy
I wanted to say that's impossible to take Sinister seriously with those panels, but I've always struggled to take someone named "Mister Sinister" seriously. For being a world feared creep and geneticist (in that order), he has an awful code name.
I miss his flattop.but this issue looks enjoyable.
But cooking show? Ugh
I liked Judah and I like it when the X-men date civilians. I miss Trish Tilby, Charlotte Jones, Opal, etc. I think it opens up the world and makes the X-men feel more authentic when we have some reoccurring non-mutant characters.
Ditto on liking it when the X-Men get the occasional human in the mix. But while I didn't dislike Judah, I'm also not upset about his not sticking around because Judah, like Zach, was never supposed to really be a character in his own right so much as he was to be a milestone for Bobby's development. I'm glad we're getting to see more of that, even retroactively.
