Default Any character or series you can’t get into?

The title says it all, but to expand: is there any character or series you can’t get into? Like as many times as you try, you just find it a chore to go any further?
It could be novels, comics, movies or television.
Mine is Constantine. I liked the show well enough. But, beyond that? He kinda gets on my nerves and I’m trying to get into the Hellblazer series, but I can’t. I’ve got the first two volumes and it took me almost a week to read the first and I can’t pick up the second. Normally, if it’s something I enjoy I can finish it pretty quick.
Even his appearances in the New 52 Justice League Dark Don’t do anything but get on my nerves. I wouldn’t mind if that spotlight he almost always seems to have on him got put on another character in the mystical side of the DC/Vertigo universe. I think Zatanna could support a ongoing, but that’s just me.
So, to say again, is there any character/series you can’t get into or enjoy?

Prince Namor, the Sub-Mariner, monarch of Atlantis, Prince of the Blah blah blah.

Since getting a nice shiny tablet and a Marvel Unlimited subscription two years ago, I've been working my way through every Marvel comic in (more or less) chronological order. So far I've skipped every single solo Sub-Mariner story, whether in Tales To Astonish or his own book. Absolutely zero interest in the character.

While I've liked pretty much every black superhero in the world of comics for decades, from Black Panther in the 60's to Rebirth Wally West Flash today, I could never tolerate Luke Cage who, in my opinion, represented just about every stereotype of Blaxploitation in comics from back in the early 70's. His jive ass, thug with superpowers in a yellow tunic, hero for hire gimmick never appealed to me, and his reinvention in the 00's as a "working man's hero" and family man was even less appealing. Even though I'm black, Cage has been, and always will be a turnoff to me.

When you say the first two volumes, are you talking about the first two volumes of Hellblazer by Jamie Delano, or the newer "The Hellblazer" book by someone else? I suspect either is the wrong place to start. Generally the non-Vertigo stuff isn't well rated, and the Jamie Delano run can be a real chore to read (though it has its fans).

I'd recommend you go and read Alan Moore's Swamp Thing (which is where the character debuted) and then skip ahead to Garth Ennis's run. The downside is that the first Garth Ennis tpb starts with the tail end of Delano's run.

Lobo, I tried, but hate the character.
I also never warmed to the Punisher as a "hero"
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

I've started reading Love and Rockets Book One at least three times.

I've been told that it gets better, so I might try Book Two before tackling One again.

Wonder Woman and John Constantine, I like their appearance in other comics/media but I can't get through a solo story.

As far as TV Shows go I can't get into Made Men or Game of Thrones.

I've sometimes thought that I'm the only guy out there that never got into Wolverine. Sometimes wish he'd been the one to go down in flames with the Harrier instead of Thunderbird.

    Ahsoka Tano.

She's only been tolerable to me in the final two seasons of Clone Wars but she's never been a favorite. I get her appeal, but I just couldn't and still can't do it. I can't have Galen Marek or Kyle Katarn in any capacity but we can use time travel to bring her back, what a load.

Definitely do. Book One was just them (and especially Jaime) finding their way and figuring out where they wanted to go. Book Two is where things really start to take off.

I'm with you on those, and I would also add Venom and Carnage. Just the worst of the 90s 'EXXXTREME!!!!' approach.

Those two also, never had any appeal for me.

Thaddeus "Chubby" Chadsworth. But then, there's no such a character anyway!

Iron Man. I found the character a snooze fest back when his shtick was "I fiddle with my armour and suddenly it has the power I need to defeat the villain", especially when combined with his smug personality. But since he became the ultra right wing "Everyone who disagrees with me needs to be imprisoned without trail in an inter-dimensional concentration camp", I find him to be utterly loathsome, and a complete turn-off. Why doesn't someone just slap that porn 'stache right off his smug face?

This is a safe space here right?

For me its Deadpool. I tried, I promise I tried. His power set annoyed me to no end. His breaking the 4th wall that everyone seemed to love never appareled to me.

That being said, I love the Deadpool movies!
