Blindfold is also on the Nextgen cover, so I don't think it reflects who is in the AoX world.
I'd rather have Wind Dancer in the team, especially of Prodigy is a reservist.
Or Cipher or Penance/Hollow, if Zub wants to conclude Guggenheim and Cebulski's unfinished plots.

The inclusion of Blindfold in the Age of X-Man may be for the same reason there's a Dani Moonstar in Prisoner X AND in Uncanny X-Men. I figured X-Man may have created a duplicate in his reality, either willingly or unwillingly.

Wind Dancer is powerless, so unless if she was repowered by Mothervine and we just didn't know about it then I can't see her joining.
I'm not the biggest fan of Cipher just because she's a Guggenheim creation.
Penance/Hollow would be fantastic though!

I wish Prisoner X's solicits would clear that up. If that is Dani, then the writer goofed. And if there's no power usage (which, in fact, there shouldn't be, as Dani was also an M-Day victim - her current powers are as a Valkyrie, which any alternate counterparts shouldn't have) then they can easily change her to Trinary.

A couple tweets indicated that it will all be explained. I suppose it's possible someone is masquerading as Dani or, as I suggested, X-Man created a duplicate in his custom-built reality he created with the lifeseed.
Regardless, I hope that whichever of them IS the real Dani Moonstar, it results in the restoration of her powers

While Young X-Men was terrible, I wish Cipher and Graymalking were more used in X-books. It's a shame we never had a Graymalkin meets Charles Xavier story.

Mutant God, remember that the S name isn't the same as the person joining in #3 and may not even be a mutant. Also, the S name has to be after Silk, so it can't be Shark Girl. Basically, we're speculating two different things. The girl joining in #3 is from one of the X teen teams, is non-caucasian, and wasn't in Uncanny X-Men Disassembled or Age of X-Man. The S name has to be after Silk because the reserves list was named in alphabetical order, and might not be female or a mutant. Speculating that S name should probably be done in the Champions Appreciation Thread, not here. This thread is about the mutant joining in issue 3.

The girl on those covers isn’t wearing an abaya or niqab veil, so I’m assuming that isn’t Dust. Even if that was her on the cover, Blindfold’s on the cover of #3 yet we see she’s a supporting cast member in Uncanny.
