You'd think after M-Day all these previously depowered mutants would gain their powers back.

If Marvel didn't ignore everything Bunn did, that would have been seen in the books already. We know that Beak became a mutant again and Elixir couldn't cure people who carried the X-Gene from birth, so it's safe to assume he's still like that and others should have gone through the same.

It's also safe to assume, however, that whenever a writer brings back a depowered mutant, they'll repower them through their own plot.

I want to say she was one of the few who lived. Pretty sure that the remnants of the Omega Gang that weren't Quire or Glob were offed. I want to say that Stacy X was, as well, and was brought back with zero explanation.

I think there was one surviving Omega Gang member, Radian/Phaser.
His sister Tattoo died first. And then Stacy X and Redneck.

Someone actually questioned it, but it seems like Power Man is the one who might be getting a new costume. Which is cool, but this mutant’s been stuck in the yellow-and-black for so long, I wish he got some new designs.
