"We live in a world of cowards. We live in a world full of small minds who are afraid. We are ruled by those who refuse to risk anything of their own. Who guard their over bloated paucities of power with money. With false reasoning. With measured hesitance. With prideful, recalcitrant inaction. With hateful invective. With weapons. F@#K these selfish fools and their prevailing world order." Tony Stark

"The Marvel EIC Chair has a certain curse that goes along with it: it tends to drive people insane, and ultimately, out of the business altogether. It is the notorious last stop for many staffers, as once you've sat in The Big Chair, your pariah status is usually locked in." Christopher Priest

We need better comics
curious. I hope Blade isn't just joining for one arc. Also I wonder will the situation with the various "known" Marvel vampires will be dealt with at all, such as former Blade ally Hannibal King, Morbius, as well as those Japanese vampires introduced in the X-Men comics a while back. Personally, I'm rather weary of entire groups of good/semi-good/neutral vampires being forced to co-exist with Blade (or rather, vice-versa), given his raison d'être..
Blade is the one-arc guest Avenger, like Stephen was. There'll be an Iron Fist arc, a Moon Knight arc, a Man-Thing arc, etc. The pitch for this book was that it was the Marvel Universe world tour, so a specialized character will be picked out for each part of the world.
