When they were originally published the were meant to fit into the original continuity without contradicting anything. I think technically, no, they aren't canon and as time goes on they become more unable to fulfill their original premise, but at the time at least you could consider them canon adjacent without it being an issue.

She-Hulk has fought for mutant rights in the court room as well as being the lawyer for Charles Xavier and the x-team in X-Men Gold. In her recent solo series, she watched over a minor mutant when the child's mother was facing charges. However, she has no close ties to any particular X-person.
Beast and Wonderman, as well as other members of the avengers.
Rogue and the Uncanny Avengers.
Iceman and Spider-Man, as well as some members of the Champions and Defenders.
Kitty, Nightcrawler, and Rachel should be friends with all of the non-mutant members of Excalibur, if my limited knowledge of Excalibur is correct.
Wolverine and just about every other character in the Marvel Universe.
Everyone's friends with Matt Murdock and the FF.
Beast is close with Wonder Man, the Vision and Banner.
Iceman is still close with his Champions buddies.
