Ultron's different bodies

Near the beginning of the movie Avengers 2: Age of Ultron, Ultron possessed the five Iron Legion bodies. The Avengers destroyed the first four (including the spokesman), but while that was happening, number 5 stole the scepter and disappeared. What happened to Iron Legion #05 after that? I don't remember ever seeing it again.

Near the end of the movie Avengers 2: Age of Ultron, an Ultron robot was talking to Black Widow in a prison cell, then all of a sudden it was destroyed by another Ultron robot. What was the deal with that? Was that his way of getting rid of an obsolete body, now that he'd made a better one? Later Tony Stark asked if Ultron had been juicing, which sounds like they're trying to imply the new body is bigger than the old one. But it looked about the same size to me. Did the new body have some vibranium in it? And if so, did they ever make that clear? I thought they used all their vibranium for Vision.
