Where can I find artists to hire for illustrating/shading (all the black and white comic work)
I'm looking for talented non-famous, freelancers... are there sites that focus on artists? or should just try https://www.upwork.com/?
I’ve written several scripts and storyboarded them out, but my level of drawing skill does not meet my expectations.
Fortunately I can afford to hire as long as prices are reasonable.
