Rules Nalitta as a malevolent dictator Queen. Grew bitter from being able to hear when her closest friends and confidants were planning on assassinating her to usurp the throne. Constant paranoia of everyone but her husband. But her husband secretly leads the resistance group.

Gambit/Rachel Grey - Ultimate trench-coat costume. New code name Faze.

Can kinetically charge thoughts (brains electrical activity) and implant "mind bombs" to disorient people. Telepathic.

Childhood love of Sonar and now her King. Leads the resistance as he tries to prevent Sonar from having her power consume the heroic woman he knows she can be.

Mindcrawler: Psylocke + Nightcrawler. Can teleport into ppl’s mind and into the astral plane, where she assumes a purple demoniac astral form. She is also an expert swordswoman and can create psychic sabres.

I’d go nuts with villain mashups.

Callisto’s leasership experiences can be added fairly easily to Joanna Cargill, making a single female brawler antagonist who bounces from Morlocks to Alliance of Evil to Acolytes to X-Men.

The recurring threat and malice of Omega Red would be deepened if he was in fact Mikhail Rasputin, whose powers were always nebulous and personality inconsistent.

I’d even go big and turn MojoWorld the Genoshan state-sponsored entertainment studio, rather than an entire dimension.

Gambit + Nightcrawler always seemed like a perfect match to me. Le Diable Blanc actually looks like a demon and can teleport, taking his thievery to a new level. Not sure what his name would be though

Well, keeping in mind that she's already kind of warped with Rita...

I'm afraid I'm not really an imaginative person. Maybe it would be a good efect warping Spiral with Tommy the morlock, a character with the briefest life that I always liked. So, white hair (both of them have it), multicoloured iridescent skin, six arms and white ragged clothes. Her powers: fighting skills and a magical dance that allows her to travel through dimensions, either jumping space and/or time (teleportation), either slimming her body (to phase in a similar way Shadowcat does). Codename: ...Flow? Stream?
