Default Age of X-Man Titles Revealed

The age of X-Man dawns… and the X-Men cannot stop it.

    Marvelous X-Men (flagship?)
    NextGen (maybe school/academy x/jubes & nxm book?)
    The Amazing Nightcrawler
    The X-Tremists (Brotherhood book?)
Prisoner X (ew i hope this isn't an 'X' solo)
    Apocalypse & the X-Tracts

sidenote: jdw was teasing the cover for uncanny #11 not too long ago, wondering if that title runs thru the event

Oh... I thought this was going to be a book event. This is like, really an AoA thing.

The X-Men cannot stop the never-ending events, crossovers, AUs, and time travel stories.

    Apocalypse & the X-Tracts = Gambit & the X-Ternals????

Agree. It's damn boring. If sales figures are low, they won't do it so don't buy those issues.

I actually don't have any problem with this

Both Age of Apocalypse and Age of X were good

Wow, this Age of X event is even bigger than I thought it would be. It looks like Marvel is trying to mirror Age of Apocalypse with this. Given how successful that was back in the day, I don't blame them. But I feel as though this could end up being as divisive as House of M was. I hope it doesn't get quite that messy, but I think if done right, this could be really something.

    Marvelous X-Men: Agree
NextGen: Agree, that's pretty obvious- if they are using Nature-Girl and those weird kids heavily over the New X-Men, not interested
    The Amazing Nightcrawler
    The X-Tremists: Agree
Prisoner-X: Have to say this is Wolverine
    Apocalypse & the X-Tracts

I think the whole story is an idyllic view of the present where Mutants usher in Heaven on Earth, but ultimately it's either a facade or it comes at a high price, like X-Man (Nate) telepathically manipulating the world (something he's shown hints at being able to do on smaller level) and getting rid of anyone that is able to resist. Or something like that. It'd need conflict. The general theme could be: "Are you willing to sacrifice your free will for ever-lasting peace, love and harmony?"
