Alita vs the assimilated version of John Connor
Alita vs the assimilated version of John Connor
Feats for JC? Because Alita is a hypersonic powerhouse

-Can disassemble into a dust-like form and reassemble within seconds.
-Can use this dust form to erode flesh.
-Regenerates rapidly from physical attacks.
-Super-speed
-Shapeshifting
-Strong enough to throw a T-800 around like a ragdoll one-handed.
-Can form blades capable of severing a T-800's arm.
- Can magnetically adhere to surfaces.
- That device the T-800 has on it's hand generates a magnetic field that weakens the T-3000 by disrupting its own coherence field. That's why it's able to fare as well as it did.

Between her absurd speed advantage, plasma jets and oscillation techniques, Alita is going to take this pretty easily.
Alita, as of Last Order:
- Can create and manipulate white-hot fields of plasma
- Can manipulate the physics around said plasma to create a burning electromagnetic vortex
- Can launch herself down said electromagnetic vortex and effectively turn herself into a railgun shot
- Has an uplink to two planetary supercomputers which allow her to hack into AI control systems with a thought
- Makes sonic-speed fighters look like absolute chumps in terms of movement
John might have a chance against early incarnations, like Scrapyard or Motorball Alita.
Might, since her basic MO since starting the series, besides kicking someone through a wall is to slap a bitch with the Haertza-Haeon, a technique which disrupts cybernetics with hypersonic frequencies and scrambles the organic components within cyborgs with the oscillating vibrations.
Maybe movie Alita will be a good match? Film comes out in February though... so... yeah, until then he's stuck against current Alita who monsters him with ease.
Though, if we're being very strict, current Alita is Mars Chronicle Alita who seems to have had maybe something of a power down in terms of her abilities. Or at least what she's shown to be able to do. She's still a massively hypersonic, vibration punching, supremely skilled kuntsler and has a sentient berserker cannon on her shoulder but it's closer than her at the end of Last Order where she still definitely had acccess to the Tunguska engine and so on.
But yeah, John don't want none of Alita.
The T-3000 doesn't really have either organic or cybernetic components. It's basically a cluster of nanites held together by a highly focused magnetic field.
I don't doubt that this Alita would win (plasma fields could incinerate the nanites and those hypersonic frequencies would probably cause considerable disruption), just providing info to anyone who's curious.
