Can Utopia's second coming team defend itself from norman's assult team from "seige of asgard"(minus the sentry & legion) considering dark avengers vs X-men already happened too?

Probably, It includes the likes of Magneto and Legion, and they were able to repel a ton of nimrod robots - I'd assume that it gives them the added firepower required to deal with the extra villains that were included.
Plus, the original fight against the dark avengers DID include the Sentry in it, so...

Emma helped "defeat" him.Same trick won't work twice on sentry.So,i left him out of this.Should've left out legion too.

Ok, but do you include Hope in that line up ?

In original Siege(i mean when Norman attacked the Utopia) Cyclops only defended Utopia and beats Norman in the political arena. If he wanted to destroy Norman, X-force of that time could kill half of his team.

Hope with power,legion,sentry(no void) in round 2.

Ok, then definitely X-men in round 1 and 2.
Round 1 because Magneto alone gives you a massive advantage against virtually all Tech based villains, and the X-men beat the dark Avengers without him.
Round 2, because Hope + legion is basically 2 Legions and 2 Magnetos, and really 2 EVERYTHING on the X-men's side.

So I'm gonna go with the X-men in both rounds.
