IIRC, he will be writing a Cable backup story in Exterminated. Im convinced Cyclops will appear and it'll involve Maddie and the happy family that CC to this day is still pressed that Marvel ruined

Out of the infinite possibilities for an X-Men book conceptually, we're going to just end up with the old love triangle hell because editorial didn't realize Jean's most compelling relationship was with the ground.

Cyclops returns due to reality altering shenanigans of X man and is amnesiac. he wanders alone till he encounters wolverine who is also amnesiac and team up to form amnesiacs anonymous. they will be friendly since neither clearly remembers the past and will potter about the mu having various adventures aloof from the shenanigans of age of X man. eventually they will regain their memories just when reality is being reset after the defeat of X man and remember that they are supposed to hate each other and clash together in a white flash as reality resets and Cyclops returns to where he came from and wolverine forgets everything and lifts his visor (which gets left behind) in confusion wondering how it got here.
