I don't keep up much these days, but for reasons that escape me, I donwloaded Avengers 700. What do I encounter?

My patella reaction? That sounds like something that came out of a Superman comic drawn by Curt Swan in1960-odd. The Avengers have had Mansions, Compunds, Islands and Towers. But somehow, this feels like the kind of thing that The Challengers or somebody else from DC would claim.
There've been more than a few of these kind of "that sounds like the other guy" things between The Big Two over the decades.
What's one that strikes you?

I guess New Mutants is kinda like Teen Titans and Sideways is supposed to be DC's version of Spiderman.

Apparently, the Marvel Universe now has a Source Wall or something (see Thanos & Infinity Wars).
