Including Vertigo and Wildstorm and in no order...

Grant Morrison - All Star Superman, JLA
Mark Waid - The Flash, Kingdom Come
Alan Moore - Swamp Thing, Watchmen
Neil Gaiman - Sandman, Books of Magic
Tom King - Mister Miracle, Omega Men
    Garth Ennis - Hitman, Preacher
Peter David - Supergirl, Young Justice
    Keith Giffen & JM Dematties - JLI/ JLA/ JL/ JLE
James Robinson - Starman, JSA: The Golden Age
Darwyn Cooke - New Frontier, the Spirit

Almost put Greg Rucka and Ed Brubaker in there but their very best stuff has actually largely been done elsewhere but they were both very close as are Frank Miller, Warren Ellis and Geoff Johns when he is on-form. Also, Starman is so good that I have to put James Robinson in there even if the majority of his other DC work has been... less than great.
