Memorable runs but not 5 years

I suppose it depends on what people think is long. Two years is probably the typical run but even that seems uncommon, in the sense that these days there are so many more titles and constant reboots and cancelations, that Spencer and Coates seem like they had long runs.
Well, we're still counting with Coates' BP. Doesn't look like he's done with T'Challa just yet.

And as Spencer was writing two Cap books concurrently on top of Secret Empire, even though it was two years, it was a meaty run that ran its full course.

cranger, it's been two and a half years of Coates BP.

Ryan North's Squirrel Girl launched in 2015 (it actually had two #1s that year, thanks to Secret Wars), so it's just shy of three years.

Corrected my original, thanks. It is outstanding that some writers have been allowed or willing to commit to these characters' stories. Ever since PAD ended his X-Factor run I've been hesitant to give anything else the chance to last past the next linewide reboot.

Spencer's Captain America ran for two years, but it's 64 issues long (Jesus), so it's actually longer than a normal comic running for 5 years, and that's not even considering that a lot of issues have a lot of extra pages. He doesn't enough credit for that. I can't do math, but he might've had to script pages at a faster rate than Hickman during Avengers.

I was mildly interested in Old Man Quill until the solcitation for #2 had Earth and the Avengers in it. Please Marvel, stop chaining your cosmic books to Earth!

    Definitely, Doctor Strange and Gunhawks.

Highly Likely: FF, Conan (both Barbarian and Sword).

EDIT: Make that JUST Sword. I discovered Aaron was writing Barbarian and I swore off reading any of his "writing" after the butcher job he did on Doctor Strange.
