What.
(Obvious joke: Did he quit without warning halfway through the script, and the rest of the issue is just pin-up spreads? )
The X-Books Board is wretched and does not deserve the Domino Appreciation Thread.
Its really interesting to see how CM punk will write thor. Was a fan of punk so will definitely b picking this up.
This is truly bizarre....
I can honestly admit I didn't see something like this coming.
"It's fun and it's cool, so that's all that matters. It's what comics are for, Duh."
Words to live by.
I want to see him writing an issue with the Thing.
" I am Loki Scar-Lip, Loki Skywalker, Loki Giant's Child, Loki Lie-Smith. I am Loki, who is fire and wit and hate. I am Loki. And I will be under an obligation to no one."

This story is going to have more testosterone than a Bull Shark...
Uh-oh...I don't understand Marvel's thing with the WWE.
Punk isn't with the WWE anymore.
He's pretty much free to do whatever he wants at the moment.
I am curious as to what ideas Punk has though.
Didn't see this coming. I might pick it up, I liked CM Punk but I'm not a fan of how he left WWE. I'll have to see a bit more before I'm sure. The premise sounds pretty fun though.
He must be credited as Phil Brooks.
I was sold at CM Punk and Rob Gillory
This news certainly came out of nowhere...and shall be rather interesting to see how the 'Cult of Personality'* does at the writing helm, to say the very least.
* - Punk will always be/have been good for two things...bringing 'It's Clobberin' Time!' back into the public conscious and making "Cult of Personality" the most popular it had been since 1989.
"Yes, I can do that!" - Ivan Lawrence Blieden
"The true is inimitable, the false untransformable." - Robert Bresson
"The boundaries which divide life from death are at best shadowy and vague. Who shall say where the one ends, and where the other begins?" - Edgar Allan Poe
"Those who believe need no explanation." - Dionysos, The Bacchae by Euripides

Wow, I'm surprised that there's no hate. Hmm that's rare in the comic community. I haven't read a Thor comic in my life, but I'll be checking this one out. It's good to see CM try new things. Every writer was a first-timer.
